FIELD: liqueur-vodka production. SUBSTANCE: water- alcohol blend is mixed with sugar syrup, purified with activated carbon, filtered, held. Mixture of aromatic alcohols of anise fruits, coriander, and lemon oil is added to the blend when holding. "Anisovaya" special vodka has ingredients as follows (liter per 1000 dacaliters): 3 - 3.2 aromatic alcohol of anise fruits; 1 - 1.2 aromatic alcohol of coriander fruits; 1 - 1.2 aromatic alcohol of lemon oil; 11 - 11.5 sugar syrup of 65.8 per cent content; the balance being water-alcohol blend from calculations to produce special vodka of 40 per cent.
