FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: alcohol-water solution is prepared at the rate for receiving the vodka of 40% vol. Simultaneously prepared is aromatic alcohol from fruits of cardamom, coriander and nutmeg in the amount of 4-6 l. Alcohol-water solution is cleaned in carbon columns. Then 2-3 l of aromatic alcohol are introduced in mixture and aged for 30-60 min; after it, introduced are the rest amount of aromatic alcohol and, prepared from 9-11 kg of sugar, 65.8-% sugar syrup. After blending all ingredients, blend is filtered and directed in collector of prepared product. Vodka contains the following components, kg/1000 dal: cardamom fruits, 0.09-0.15; coriander fruits, 0.7-0.9; nutmeg, 0.09-0.15; sugar, 9-11; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance.
