FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: special vodka of 40% vol contains the following ingredients, l/1000 dal of prepared product: aromatic alcohol of mixture of common nettle, coriander, way-grass and anise, 11-13; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 22-24; alcoholic solution (1:100) lemon oil, 0.2-0.4; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance. Lemon oil in the form of alcoholic solution (1: 100) is introduced in prepared vodka before bottling together with aromatic alcohol produced from common nettle, anise, way-grass and coriander. Vodka has slight citrus-vanillin tone. EFFECT: increased organoleptical properties and storage stability; broadened assortment of vodkas. 1 tbl, 3 exp.
