FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves cleaning of aqueous-alcoholic liquid by introduction starch in it. The latter is modified in acetic acid and filtered. Sugar and aromatic alcohols of coriander and lemon oil are introduced in prepared vodka which has the following ratio of ingredients, l/1000 dal: aromatic alcohol of coriander, 0.2-0.3; aromatic alcohol of lemon oil, 1-2; sugar, 14-16; acetic acid, 0.3-0.35; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance. EFFECT: improved organoleptical properties; broadened assortment of vodkas.
