FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: pair diaphragms are interconnected over periphery and form a tight space connected with a source for supplying fluid. The diaphragms have ring corrugations with alternating area of the cross-section. The member is made up of an assemble of same pair diaphragms positioned coaxially one above another. Contacting corrugations of adjacent diaphragms face each other and are provided with a common ring insert. The diaphragms are provided with radial corrugations ridges of which point into the space. The area of the cross- section of the ring corrugations increases from the center to periphery of the diaphragm and cross-section area of the radial diaphragms increases from periphery to the center. The inserts are made of rigid cylindrical bushings. The diaphragms have central opening and provided with common sealing bellows. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 cl, 4 dwg
