FIELD: device used by elderly or disabled people. SUBSTANCE: stick-seat has handle carrying rod with base and seat support. Handle is attached to carrier rod at level convenient for seating. U-shaped seat support is pivotally fixed on handle end. Two attachment members are rigidly fixed, when seat is in unfolded position. Seat may be made in the form of flexible web. Base may be made in the form of plank pivotally attached to lower end of rod for fixation upon turning, or it may be formed as member with three or four radial petals, which may be unfolded during usage of seat.
