FIELD: sealing technology. SUBSTANCE: plunger with flexible holder is mounted in the cylinder. Pairs of rigid rings having eccentric holes which are lapped to each other and pressed to the plunger in the opposite directions are arranged in the holder. Several pairs of rings are turned relative to one another dividing cylinder circle into equal parts by longitudinal planes passing through eccentricity of rings of each pair; each pair of rings is turned relative to previous one in opposite direction. Inner cylindrical surfaces are provided with longitudinal slots in zone of their maximum width. The holder is vulcanized to the plunger body. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 dwg
