FIELD: electric communication. SUBSTANCE: when information is transmitted by Braille's system electric coded signal is converted to thermal one and is read out in the form of thermal pulses. Method is realized with the aid of device which includes information matrix manufactured in the form of baseplate with six cells arranged by standard. Cells carry thermal information elements. Invention makes it possible to widen possibilities of contact with blind, blind-and-deaf, blind-dead-and-dumb people, to carry out information contact with them and between them, to simplify production and operation of device. EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities of device thanks to enlargement of volume of information transmission per time unit. 2 cl, 2 dwg
