FIELD: computer engineering, in particular, instruments and control systems, communication between people with sight and hearing deficiencies. SUBSTANCE: sensitive member receives signal from information input unit through communication line. This causes current running in solenoid winding. This results in induction of magnetic force, which drives rod downwards and presses finger surface. Receptors which are located on fingers send signal to human brain which provides its recognition and identification. Device base may also have extensions which are designed for precise identification of position of sensitive member. Sensitive members may be arranged as standard keyboard of typewriter both on palm side of hand as well as on back side. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities due to increased information transmission for time unit, increased field of application, facilitated use. 13 cl, 8 dwg
