SUBSTANCE: apparatus has complex of devices operating in coordinated manner and connected with one another through bidirectional multiple-discharge (wireless) busbars: device for outer (wireless) interference with telephone line, mobile device for partial substitution of speaking and hearing functions, set of outer information sensors. Apparatus enables verbal communication between individuals and the people of their circle, transmitting and receiving of needed messages and commands through telephone and radio communication means.
EFFECT: wider operational capabilities, improved ergonomics and safety for users.
