FIELD: apicultural equipment. SUBSTANCE: press feeder has the form of auger rigidly secured to nozzle-shaped forming chamber. Replaceable discs installed in outlet portion of nozzle form, together with its internal surface, a circular drawhole. External surface of nozzle is provided with cutting tool and heater while the replaceable disc has guiding receiving cylinder for wax strip escaping from drawhole. Heaters may be of solar, water, electric or pyrotechnical type. The auger may be constituted a conventional kitchen meat grinder. EFFECT: simpler and cheaper production of wax strip of any required thickness with a high precision in the field and at home at minimum power expenditures when using solar energy. 4 cl, 1 dwg
