FIELD: minerals concentration. SUBSTANCE: process in which raw concentrate is subjected to selective benefication in screw separators and yield a concentrate and residues after being taken the main benefication steps which follow hydraulic classification. The concentrates undergo further multistep benefication on washing tables. The yield of the last-step concentrate is kept a level defined by the condition that the top efficiency of concentrating the feed entering this step coincides with the corresponding value for preceding step. The yield of the concentrate obtained in screw separators and through multistep separation with the exception of the last step is defined on the basis that the valuable component is extracted in an amount of 90-95 % its feed. The obtained concentrates are combined into finished gravitational concentrate. The washing-product obtained from The last step is subjected to control benefication which concentrate joints the mentioned finished one the washing-product being combined with the feed of the separation step. The residues left in screw separators and washing tables are directed for regrinding which takes place at the last main benefication step.
