FIELD: transportation. SUBSTANCE: body of container 3 has three layers. Outer layer 4 is coupled with shock absorbers 2 through attachment units 5, inner layer 6, is coupled with viscous-resilient load 7 and middle layer 8 is made of pile cloth with hairs pointed to one side. Middle layer 8 is connected to inner layer 6. With outer layer 4 of body of container 3 moving downwards, reaction of coupling with inner layer 6 is transmitted practically only to hairs arranged at the left side. As a result torque is built directed counter-clockwise and providing turning of inner layer 6 of body of container 3 together with viscous resilient load 7. Torque value depends on density and rigidity of hairs. With outer layer 4 of body of container 3 moving upwards, reaction of coupling with inner layer is transmitted practically only to hairs arranged at right side, and torque is built up acting in clockwise direction.
