FIELD: training aids. SUBSTANCE: kinematic disturbance of a vibrator is transmitted to a hollow cylinder through a base, cantilever. Coupling reaction toward internal cylinder is transmitted practically to fibers positioned on the right hand only at given directivity of fibers in internal cylinder. Rotational moment arises as a result to provide self-cranking of internal cylinder anti-clockwise. When moving hollow cylinder down, coupling reaction toward removable internal cylinder is transmitted practically to fibers positioned on the left hand only. As a result rotational moment arises again to act anti-clockwise. Having chosen a proper time interval, a counter of vibrating number cycles is used to measure number of cycles, and a tachometer is used to measure number of revolutions of internal cylinder as to hollow cylinder, and efficiency is estimated on the basis of relation between number of tachometer revolutions and number of vibrating cycles number indicated by the counter. EFFECT: high effectivity.
