FIELD: lifesaving. SUBSTANCE: lifesaving appliance has hull whose interior is brought in communication with lifesaving reservoir by means of branch pipe and gas supply system feeding gas to lifesaving reservoir; the system is controlled by means of sensitive differential hydraulic element. Arranged inside hull is chamber for compressed gas which is provided with filling pipe union. Above-mentioned branch pipe is provided with shut-off member made in form of spring-loaded valve fitted with eccentric retainer linked with sensitive element by means of pusher. Sensitive element is made in form of membrane. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 cl, 1 dwg
