FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring equipment, namely to devices used to measure the parameters of a multiphase flow and transfer of a unit of mass flow of well products to working measuring instruments. The oil analyzer contains a meter of a phase separation level of level gauge 80, installed in case 71, rotary case 71, made of a pipe, containing bottom 72 and flange 73, case 71 is mounted on support 74 by means of bearing units 75, designed to provide a movable connection of case 71 to support 74, position lock 76 of the case, connected to support 74, a level gauge lock fixed in bottom 72, pressure transmitters, temperature transmitter 32, a hydrostatic pressure sensor with a differential pressure pipe, and a heating pipe, connected to the electric heating system of the heat carrier. Case 71 is mounted on support 74 with the possibility of fixing the vertical position; in case 71 there is level gauge 80 equipped with a pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter 31 and a hydrostatic pressure sensor. The level gauge elements and auxiliary structures are located inside case 71, with the tips of the sensor elements of level gauge 80 immersed in the level gauge lock. Two threaded fittings “a” are located on the surface of flange 73, one fitting is designed for measuring pressure at the upper point, and the second one is designed for measuring pressure at the lower point. The differential pressure pipe is welded at one end to flange 73, equipped with a hole, and its second end is located in the lower part of case 71, at a distance from the level gauge lock. In addition to the two threaded fittings “a” of the differential pressure sensor, the flange contains three threaded fittings, two of which “e” and “f” are intended for gas inlet/outlet, and the third one – “d” – is intended for purging. Case 71 is made of stainless steel with three fittings, two of which “c” are located in the lower and upper parts of case 71 and intended for the inlet of the measured medium, and the third fitting “g” is designed to install temperature transmitter 32.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of measuring the parameters of the well production (oil, gas and water mixture), determining the proportion of water in the well fluid flow, the densities of water and oil in the composition of the products of oil and gas condensate wells.
