FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, particularly it relates steel melting for automobile-body sheet in oxygenous converter. Method includes semiproduct melting in steel-making unit, metal discharge into ladle, preliminary deoxidisation by carbon and carbonaceous ferromanganese and final aluminium deoxidation. After the preliminary deoxidation during the metal discharge into ladle, metal is transferred for out-furnace treatment, at first it is implemented metal degassing, and then on the facility furnace-ladle it is implemented final metal final aluminium deoxidation in two stages: at first, after degassing it is measured metal temperature, given preliminary portion of aluminium rod and it is implemented blending refining. Then it is measured temperature and additional consumption of aluminium is defined from metal temperature increase after return of preliminary portion of aluminium, time of vacuum metal working, carbon content at coming to vacuum assembly and coefficients calculated after the experimental statistics for definition of each parametre influence to aluminium consumption.
EFFECT: increasing of rolling yield ratio for complex and exceptionally complex drawing out group while products punching.
