FIELD: water development works. SUBSTANCE: method consists in forming boreholes 2 near bearing structure 1. Then vertical reinforced bodies 3 of quasirectangular-parallelepiped form are made in succession from each borehole 2. Bodies 3 are located separately from one another under bearing structure 1. Bodies 3 are made through destruction of soil structure by liquid jet 4 inclosed in air flow 5 formed artificially. Liquid is fed via pipe 6 and air is fed via pipe 7. In creating bodies 3, jet 4 is smoothly raised from their lower edge 8 to soil surface. Slabs 9 laid under contour of each body beforehand prevent jet from escaping into atmosphere.
