FIELD: building industry. SUBSTANCE: cooling ventilation ducts are assembled, a solidified plate is created in the nearsurface area of the ground. Before the cooling ventilation ducts are assembled along all the surface of the plate, a ditch is dug up under it. A protecting layer overlapping the weakened areas is laid on the ditch bottom. The in-layers reverse loading of the ground into the ditch is exercised with the thickening of every layer. Reinforcing nets are mounted.
