Folds of bag 15, made of film material 16, are pressed between the washers. Concrete placer 1 is mounted behind frame 2. When frame 2 moves, working member cleans the chute, folds of material 16 are loosened alternatively, and material 16 is pressed to the surface of the chute by way of ropes 8.
