FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes precipitating alcoholic precipitate IV-I prepared by Khon's method using 16-percent polyehtyleneglycol (mmol 4000 to 6000), extracting desired complement C3 component by ion-exchange chromatographic method (DEAE-Touorea I) and then subjecting resulting product to gel-filtration using sephacrile S-200. EFFECT: disclosed method demands no costly reagents and starting stock; greater simplicity.
