SUBSTANCE: device has chamber made in form of round cylinder of light-transparent material, object of observation made in form of a patter of parts of geometric figures set, screen made in form of concave mirror hemisphere turned with its concavity to patient, strap connected with the screen, pipe provided with hole connected with edge of the chamber, traction bearings, rollers, which have axes attached to jaws, arm piece, locker, base and handle connected with traction. When reversible electric engine is available, pulley is mounted onto one axis of rollers. The pulley is connected with pulley of electric engine by means of flexible coupling. End switches are mounted at flange of the pipe. When screen is shifted by means of traction and reverse drive, virtual image of the object approaches or moves off from patient's eyes and changes its sizes and shape.
