FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes shaping upper and lower lips by forming transverse duplications of intestinal wall, molding ventral and dorsal frenula by suturing adjacent walls of ascending colon, ileum and caecum, advancing and fixing one end of vascular prosthesis tape around ileum in region of its base and securing other end of vascular prosthesis tape about large intestine in such a manner that smaller ring will make up part of circumference of larger ring and close at extension of greater ring as large intestine becomes filled to fulfil function of ileocecal anastomosis shutoff valve. EFFECT: disclosed method allows preventing relapse of insufficiency of Bauhin's valve and encouraging its closing function.
