FORAGE CRUSHER Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: forage crusher has cylindrical housing 1 with movable disk 2 and immovable disk 3 coaxially mounted in it opposite each other. The disks have crushing members 4 located on the disk surfaces facing each other. The crusher also has knife 10. Movable disk 2 is made with a hole in which electric motor shaft 9 is mounted. It is located in immovable disk 3 having a through hole. Movable disk 2 has receiving cone cavity 12 in whose basis through irregular slots 11 are made. The upper part of housing 1 is equipped with charging bunkers 5 and 7 for corn and for forage, the lower part of the housing with discharging branch pipes 6 and 8.
