FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: crusher has cylindrical shell 1 accommodating internally coaxially mounted lower stationary disk 3 and upper movable disk 2 both of them being provided with crushing members 4 disposed on opposing surfaces of the disks. Upper disk 2 is made integral with centering bushing 7 containing rigidly mounted shaft 8 of electric motor. Shaft is passed through hole available in lower disk 3. Upper movable disk 2 has shaped through recesses 13 and lower disk 2 is provided with blind hollows 11 accommodating fastening members of electric motor. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
