Unit for the production of soy milk with simultaneous processing of okara into granules, including a cone-shaped receiving body, in which a grinding device is located, consisting of a movable disk, a separator mounted on the motor shaft, an opening for outputting the finished suspension and discarding okara, and a scraper for removing it, which is different the fact that the receiving cone-shaped body has movable and fixed knives, the fixed ones are installed along the side wall of the body, and the movable ones are on the shaft, the separator is installed under the cone-shaped receiving body and is made in the form of two truncated cones installed one in the other with the formation of a cavity between their side walls, and mounted on the shaft of the screw, which has a different diameter and pitch of winding, decreasing in the axial direction from the receiving cone-shaped body, also for additional squeezing of the okara, four-sided fingers are installed perpendicular to the axis of the screw on its helical line, while between the separator and the receiving cone-shaped body on the shaft is located a movable disk made with through holes with pointed cutting elements on its surface, and the lower part of the separator has grids arranged parallel to each other in a horizontal plane, between which there is a okara output channel and a scraper for its removal, and a granulator is installed under the output channel on the shaft with a pitched board, while the cone 10 is made of mesh.

EFFECT: improving the quality of grinding, increasing the protein concentration in the emulsion.
