FIELD: metal working. SUBSTANCE: plant has a crystallizer with filters fettled with fireproof sand, a system of evacuating the crystallizer, a model for molding the working reservoir in the sand and a device for filling in the sand. The crystallizer is mounted on a rotating drum inside of which the system of evacuating the crystallizer is made when the drum reservoir is connected to the vacuum source. In this case the model is made pull-through and curved along the circumference arc, the drum concentric surface in order to mold the working reservoir around the drum. The crystallizer has flaps hinged on the outside rim of the drum and a device for the flap turn. The realization of the crystallizer on a rotating drum serving at the same time as the crystallizer housing as well as the housing for the system of evacuating (when the drum reservoir is connected to the vacuum source) allows to obtain a crystallizer with a curvilinear technological axle. It allows to combine the advantages of the crystallizers both horizontal and vertical, faced with dry sand, expands the technological capabilities of the horizontal ones during the casting of thick-walled profiles and increases the case of exploitation of the vertical ones at the expense of their more compact construction, ease of pouring, the withdrawal and cutting of casting. The installation of the evacuating system inside the drum increases the construction compactness.
