FIELD: construction material industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing ground raw material mixture with solid fuel and exposing it to high-temperature decarbonization in cross-flow furnace, with carbon dioxide and chemically bound water being lost in the process of decarbonization and as a result, weight of raw material mixture being reduced by 40-50% and mixture particles a being disintegrated; cooling raw material mixture and grinding in mixture with remaining solid fuel; clotting, preferably by pressing; subjecting to final sintering in cross-flow furnace. Method allows consumption of power for grinding and clotting to be reduced by 42% and heat consumption to be reduced by 9%, which is provided by removal of 40-45% of components of total weight of mixture prior to grinding and clotting. EFFECT: reduced consumption of power and heat. 1 dwg
