FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: cut-off needle 6 with cut-off and throttle cones 7,8 is received in the space of housing 1 with conical seat 2 to form under-needle chamber 5. The cones are conjugated with flat surface 9 which is perpendicular to the axis of the cut-off needle and forms cut-off edge 10 at its intersection with cut- off cone 7. The angle at the top of cut-off cone 7 is equal to the angle at the top of throttle cone 8 and less than the angle at the top of the cone of seat 2. Ring groove 11 is provided on throttle cone 8 up to flat surface 9 for automatic maintaining of a space between surfaces of throttle cone 8 and seat 2 at a constant level independently of wear of cut-off cone 7. The groove forms throttle edge 12 whose diameter is grater than diameter of a well and defined by a relationship available in the invention description.
