Address electrodes are disposed onto internal sides of the plates, as well as thin-film control element array and representation elements transparent electrodes array. Oriented film formed by liquid crystals encapsulated by polymer is disposed onto external side of the second insulating plate. The film is used as polarizing, and reflecting covering.
