BENCH TO INSTALL NUTS ON ROLLING ROLLS Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: cold rolling. SUBSTANCE: bench has stand 2 installed on bed 1. Bushing 3 enable to rotate is installed into mounting holes of the stand. A hole for nut 4 for rolling roll 5 is made in the bushing. Key 6 engaged to slots 7 of nut 4 is fixed in the bushing. Collar 9 covering bushing 3 is positioned between bearings 8 of the latter bushing. Collar 9 is connected to a pair of hydrocylinders hinged to support. Power cylinder hardly connected to tie rod is hinged to collar 9. The tie rod is connected to levers hardly put on axles. Free-standing catches are installed on the bearings. Oval hole is made in a lever for the axle to exclude wedging when moving cylinder rod. Catches are alternatively interacted to toothed crown made on bushing 3. EFFECT: high efficiency. 2 dwg
