SUBSTANCE: current pulses passed through each bath and through a bank of electrolyzers on the whole have a square shape and are directed upwards relative to the effective value of current strength of the bank, and the pulse repetition period is selected within 100 to 300 s, the pulse amplitude is within 3 to 12 % of the constant value of current strength, and the duration of each pulse is within 2 to 5 s.
