SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of forming (before closing contacts of electric circuit of aluminium cell) onto anode projection bottom layer of electric resistance from charge containing boron anhydride or boron acid, titanium dioxide and coke; after forming such layer pouring onto anode projection bottom melt metal and closing contacts of electric circuit for applying electric current or pouring metal onto bottom after forming electric resistance layer and then applying electric current.
