SUBSTANCE: system is provided with internal combustion engine cooling jacket connected with radiator sections and circulating pipe lines, expansion tank whose steam-and-air branch is connected to engine cooling jacket and make-up branch is connected to circulating pump. Fitted in steam-and-air branch is magnetic activation device; to remove contaminated water and sludge, sludge discharge pipe line provided with valve is connected to expansion tank.
