FIELD: vehicle cooling system. SUBSTANCE: radiator has top header connected with tube box by means of coupling unit made in form of clamping member with slots and tie-up frame. Coupling unit is installed on axle of bracket rigidly secured on header housing. Catches are rigidly fastened to tube box. Sealing member is arranged between header and tube plate. Header is installed with adjustable clearance relative to tube box. To disconnect header from tube box the following should be done: release clamping member from engagement with bracket and turn it downwards on bracket axle. Tie-up frame comes out of clamping member slot and gets released from catch. EFFECT: provision of hermetic sealing of radiator and high reliability of connection. 3 dwg
