FIELD: sanitary engineering. SUBSTANCE: turning drive rod is installed in axial hole of case with outer thread for securing fixtures in seating place. One end of rod carries handwheel and its other end mounts eccentric carrier. Two ceramic disks with similar segment-shaped through holes tightly fitted together are placed below ports passing working medium made in wall. One disk is mounted for turning and engaging carrier entering blind slot provided on disk; other disk is fixed in position. Stop is essentially ring with segment-shaped end projection locked in position on top part of case. Handwheel has internal projection engaging stop projection when handwheel is in extreme positions. Wall is circular below thread. Ratio of wall outer diameter to thread outer diameter is 0.61-0.89. Ratio of wall thickness to its outer diameter is 0.067-0.1. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 6 dwg
