FIELD: plumbing outfit. SUBSTANCE: valve head is used in water-supply networks when it is necessary to shut off working fluid flows. Valve head has hollow cylindrical body with external thread for attachment at mounting place of fitting. Windows for passage of liquid medium are made below thread. Driven turning rod is placed in hollow of body with carrier mounted on its lower end. Two ceramic discs fitted to each other tightly and provided with through channels are arranged under carrier. One of discs interacts with carrier and other disc is immovable. Stopping element for fixing of axial displacement of rod and segment rest designed to limit its angle of turn are positioned in upper part of body. Support-thrust threaded bushing is secured in lower part of body. Seal is installed between carrier and wall of body. Stopping element which prevents rod from axial motion is made integral with body. Circular step is provided in hollow of body. Carrier is arranged for resting on circular step. Rubber sealing gasket contacts seat of mounting place and is arranged in support-thrust threaded bushing. EFFECT: reduced net cost. 10 cl, 5 dwg
