FIELD: plumbing outfit. SUBSTANCE: valve head is used in water-supply networks when it is necessary to shut off working fluid flows. Valve head has hollow cylindrical body with external thread for attachment at mounting place of fitting at least one window made in wall of body for working medium passage, and driven rotary rod placed in hollow of body. Lower end of rod is provided with carrier. Valve head includes two ceramic discs with flow-through channels fitted to each other tightly. One of discs is mounted for interaction with carrier. Other disc is immovable. Stopping element for fixing of rod axial displacement is arranged in upper part of body. Seal is placed between carrier and wall of body. Circular step is made in hollow of body. Carrier is arranged with thrust on circular step. EFFECT: higher operational properties. 4 cl, 2 dwg
