FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of making passages in the greater trochanter and in the upper diaphysial third of the femur; introducing screws to the head and to the neck of the femur in the above mentioned passages through the under trochanter region; joining free ends of the screws, had been introduced into the greater trochanter and the diaphysial portion of the femur, over skin by a plate, being a support for the screw, introduced through the over trochanter zone to the neck and the head; inserting that screw by any predetermined angle relative to an axis of the neck with possibility of controlling compression of the fracture zone over the whole cure period.
