FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with treating old and incorrectly healing fractures of thigh bone in trochanterian area. To perform the method, one should apply 3 crossing needles with supporting areas toward each other through proximal fracture and needles in subtrochanterian area up to subchondral lamina of thigh bone's caput, in thigh bone cotyloid area, toward each other, one should direct two parallel needles with supporting areas, needles are fixed to supports of external fixation apparatus, through thigh bone diaphysis, two needles are directing at intersection, one of them with supporting area in direction of from inside outwards, ends of needles are fixed at intermediate ring-shaped support of apparatus, due to dosed movement of supports one should remove replacement of osseous fractures by length, by width and at the angle to provide a limb's axis and cervicodiaphysial angle.
