FIELD: production of rubber mix. SUBSTANCE: rubber mix contains: mas. part. for 100 mas.part. of rubber butadiene-nitrile rubber with 26-34 mas. part. of nitrile of acrylic acid of tri-ethylopropylenediene rubber 100; sulfur 1-2; vulcanization accelerator 1.5-4.5; vulcanization activator 5-10; antiager 1-2; antiscarcher 0.3-0.5; dispersant 1-2; filter 50-70; plasticizer 15-30; modifier 0.5-6.0. Introduced as modifier is unsaturated compound with general formula C13-C21 N2-4O2-4 H18-26. Rubber mix is prepared by rollers. Modifier is introduced into rubber mix in the process of sulfur introduction. Vulcanization is carried out at 153 ± 1 C for 60 min. Rubber from mix based on SKN-26ASM and SKD (80:20) rubbers features the following characteristics: stress at 300% elongation 7.4-8.2 MPa; tensile strength: at 20 C 14.1-15.8 MPa; at 100 C 8.1-8.7 MPa, elongation 480-520%; rupture strength 52-54 kN/m; rebound elasticity 32%; hardness to TM2 58-59; endurance at multiple tensioning 31-45 thous. cycles; coefficient of thermal aging (140 C x 72 h), strength 0.89-1.03; elongation 0.43-0.6; abradability 26-32 cu. m/tj.
