VULCANIZED RUBBER COMPOSITION Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed rubber mixture contains (mass parts): caoutchouc 100, vulcanizing agent 1-3, accelerators 1-3, activating agent 3-5, dispersing agents 2-3, peptizing agents 10-30, antiageing agents 0.5-3.0, fillers 50-90, antiscorchers 0.2-1.0, vulcanized additive 1-30. Mentioned above vulcanized additive contains rubber mixture, peptizing agent and sulfur, their ratio being 100:200-400:10.0-12.5 respectively. Vulcanization is carried out within 30 min at 143 C. Relative elongation thus prepared composition is 460-610 %. EFFECT: improves quality of desired product. 2 tbl
