FIELD: textile industry; finishing of fabrics. SUBSTANCE: essence of this process resides in that cellulose-containing fabric is impregnated at room temperature with aqueous solution of product based on admixture of ammonium polyphosphates containing cations of copper, zinc and aluminum and then dried. Mass ratio between phosphorus pentoxide, nitrogen, copper, zinc and aluminum should be 170 : 50 : 1 : 1 : 1. Amount of product should be between 25 and 95 g/l. Next steps are treatment of resultant product with 50 to 100 g/l solution of bisacrylic ether dibromoneopentylglycol followed by drying and heat-treatment at temperature of 100 to 160 C. Characteristics of linen-cotton-perlon fabric are as follows. Burning-through resistance: 310 to 458 s (according to GOST 12.4.052-78). Time required for residual combustion and glowing in contact with flame: 10 to 30 s. Strength after exposure to ultra-violet radiation during 120 and 240 h: 80.2 to 98.5 and 40.3 to 61.8 h, respectively. Rigidity: 9.2 to 10.3 gc. Reduction in durability after impregnation: 7.1 to 10.1 %. Burning-out resistance of linen-cotton fabric: 165 s. Strength after exposure to ultra-violet radiation during 120 h: 32.3 % of initial strength. EFFECT: higher qualities. 2 cl, 1 tbl
