FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: mobile transformable MULTISTORY building has telescopic props 6 for erection and transformation of structures and regulation of solar-heat reflectors 10 and solar-heat collectors 11 and as heat apparatuses. Braces 9 located on top of props 6 are used for installation of heliosystem members. Containers 1 and 2 in which structures of building separate sections are transported serve as supports of props 6, heat accumulators for night time and glooming weather, as well as place for location of connecting pipes 48 of heat system. Compact pyramidal form of building is ensured due to inclined installation of props 6 of peripheral sections 2 and light-transmitting atrium 22 ensuring illumination of inner rooms. Mobility of building is ensured by compact placing in packs of articulated to each other building members and stowing of packs into containers, as well as employment of Fresnel lenses in solar-heat collectors 11. Members of heliosystem installed on building roof provides for aerodynamic configuration and promotes efficient utilization of wind-electric motors 54.
