FIELD: construction, particularly residential buildings for cities located in regions characterized by severe climate, permafrost ground and high seismic activity.

SUBSTANCE: atrium building has south-directed windows, garage and bioenergetic devices located from north building side. The bioenergetic devices provide energetic building independence. Additional power may be generated by water turbine operated by snow water flow drained from inclined roof surface and by balancing plate rotation. The roof is provided with snow-accumulation funnels. The balancing plates are installed between two building base platforms and connected to rotary tubes, which provide movement of cryogenic electric power generators.
