FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: tourist complex includes a camp site, a hydraulic power plant, a stud farm and a water funicular, besides, the camp site includes a central and a residential building, as well as a springboard, at the same time the central building located on top of a mountain, ends with a cone-shaped tower, where a tank of a water tower is built in, under which a biopower complex is located, as well as a pump station and premises of the central building, besides, the central building is joined to the residential building, the springboard and the water funicular with passages, and separate premises of the building located at different floors are combined with a staircase assembly, where stair flights rest on bridgeboards-light guides, providing natural light to the stair hall, besides, autonomous power supply of the complex is carried out due to application of renewable sources of energy, sent to a common accumulator, in particular, due to solar collectors installed on the tower of the central building and on the roof of the residential building, rotor wind generators arranged in a blown cavity between the structure of the springboard surface and a storage of inventories located underneath, electric energy of a hydraulic machine located in a hydraulic chamber of a lower reach of the hydraulic power plant dam, and also a bioenergy complex arranged in the tower of the central building and representing a hemisphere, on surface of which there are transparent circular pipes laid in spirals, inside which there are vegetation pipes with conveyors of plants, energy of growth of which provides for a vertical shaft torque, which sends this torque through a multiplicator to the power generator. Besides, above the hemisphere a seedlings chamber is located, and under the hemisphere - a chamber of harvesting, from where the gathered vegetables are sent to the camp site canteen, and plant tops - to the stud farm.
