SUBSTANCE: exciter of torsional vibrations has a flat spiral spring made of current-conducting material and mounted in the gap of the magnetic system parallel to its butts. The internal and external ends of the spiral are hard-mounted on the corresponding axles, one of which is made with the possibility of free axial rotation.
