Casettes with pieces 4 are disposed between low 5 and upper 6 laps. When electric motor 10 is switched on the torque is transferred to the upper lap through gear wheels 11, 12, dowel 13, spindle 14 and crankpin 15. The switching on of electric motors 27 and 26 results in the rotation of central wheel 1 and lower lap 5, correspondingly. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture. 6 dwg
