SUBSTANCE: method involves determination of length b and radius r of one of parts of joint before "shaft-bushing" joint is set in motion and in calculation of wear coefficient K of part from dependence K = I/Pav.pr.,, where Pav.pr. is average pressure in joint per cycle equal to 2Qav.r./πbr,, where Qav.r. is arithmetic mean of reaction force in joint per cycle; J is intensity of wear-out and cycle is time of one revolution of shaft. Before determination of distribution of wear-out of friction surface this surface of part is divided into i sections and wear-out is found in points on boundary of each section from dependence , where dϕ1 is increment of turning angle of shaft of machine; Nc is specified calculated number of loading cycles; Vck= V1-V2 are absolute linear velocity in point of contact; α is angular coordinate of point lying on friction surface of part in system of coordinates couped to joint.
