FIELD: tool engineering. SUBSTANCE: fastening of stem 1 of hand tool 2 is exercised by introducing the stem into axial channel 6. Then clamping hood 4 is turned in the direction of screwing. As a result bearing bushes 8 come closer together interacting by its cone channels 9 with arched ends 13 of plate-type spring-controlled balance beams 12. Under the action of the clamping force the balance beams are deformed and their arched ends 13 contact with the cone stem of the hand tool clamping it.
